I am a senior People & Culture professional with over 20 years of experience supporting organizations in multinational, corporate, and high-growth environments.

Throughout my career, I have worked closely with executive teams and business leaders, helping align people strategy with business objectives. I have actively contributed during pivotal moments in the organizational lifecycle, such as expansion, restructuring, internationalization, and cultural transformation.
